How Tenant Screening works- For Tenants

Step 1

Go to the site www.mysmartmove.com & in the For Renters section click on Sign Up For Free. If you already have an account, go to Step 4.

Step 2

Select the Renter Account type and fill your email address. Click the accept agreement checkbox & click on the Submit button.

Step 3

Enter the Account Details & click on Next.Enter the Personal Information & click on Next. It will now ask for confirmation, click on Submit button to confirm. You will be redirected to the dashboard.

Step 4

To login, click on Login on home page. Fill the information and click on the Sign In button. You will be redirected to your dashboard.

Step 5

You will see the new screening request in the notifications and in the Active Applications. Click on the Complete Application button to accept the screening request.
